The Collision conference’s PITCH competition brings together the world’s leading early-stage startups to battle it out onstage.
Among the 70 startups to get stage time in Toronto at Collision 2023 is Fractionum and after a two rounds of pitching the Techstars alumni has landed itself one of three spots in the PITCH final.
Fractionum is a licensed fractional real estate investment platform that makes investing available to everyone by removing the high costs to enter.
Fractionum has worked with over 13,000 investors over the last few years to learn what type of deals work best, build partnerships with lenders, property managers, contractors, and everything else so you don’t have to.
Unlike a traditional REIT, Fractionum allows investors to choose which properties they invest in, diversifying their risk by spreading it across multiple properties, property types, and markets to stay recession and inflation resistant.
Cheer on Fractionum’s CEO Ron Glozman on Thursday, June 29th at 12:30pm EST as he pitches a venture capital panel that includes Wesley Chan of FPV Ventures, Mary D’Onofrio of Bessemer Venture Partners, and John Ruffolo of Maverix Private Equity.
Fractionum is part of Collision’s ALPHA stream, a home for startups that are in the pre-investment stage or have under $1 million in funding.
