Toronto-headquartered Clearco and capital marketplace Boundless have announced a technology integration to streamline access to working capital for ecommerce brands. This collaboration builds on their existing partnership and introduces a simplified funding process for businesses.
Clearco is now the first financial services provider for ecommerce to offer a direct Application Programming Interface (API) connection with a partner. Boundless, the first partner to adopt this integration, enhances its marketplace with faster and more efficient funding options.
“When a business comes to Boundless to find qualified capital partners, we want the process to be as efficient as possible,” said Mark Jorgenson, CEO of Boundless. “The integration with Clearco ensures that.”
The integration allows ecommerce businesses referred by Boundless to access Clearco funding within 24 hours. By automating previously manual steps, the process reduces delays and creates a more efficient funding experience.
“This integration changes how we collaborate with partners like Boundless,” said Daniel Srouji, Product Lead at Clearco. “By eliminating manual steps, we’re making it faster for ecommerce brands to secure funding.”
Since launching in mid-2024, the partnership between Clearco and Boundless has focused on improving funding access for ecommerce brands. Clearco offers direct access to Boundless’s marketplace, while Boundless connects its clients to Clearco’s platform for quicker funding solutions.
Jill Renwick, Senior Director of Product at Clearco, said, “This integration underscores Clearco’s efforts to make the funding process as seamless as possible. Boundless customers using Clearco can now receive funding more quickly.”
The partnership supports U.S.-based ecommerce brands, helping them reinvest in growth. Both companies plan to extend this offering to other partners to provide broader support for businesses scaling in a competitive market.
